LOAD BED.
Three rows of heavy duty 75mm. Diam. Rollers separated by two
grip faced steel walkways. Continuous guides on each side and across
the front allow for loads to be rolled on and off the rear of the
bed.Manual lift- up stops are located to suit the various Containers
& Pallets catered for.
RUNNING GEAR.
Four twin wheeled rocking axle swivel casters are fitted to the
front of the unit. Wheels are 15" diameter x 4.5" wide.
Rear wheels are on fixed caster mountings with rocking axles.
Super Elastic 3-stage rubber tyres are fitted to all wheels. The
16 wheels are attached to 5 stud wheel hubs.
STEERING.
Controlled by the front swivel casters.
BRAKES.
Parking brakes operate on the periphery of the rear wheels and
are of the pram brake type, operating on all eight rear wheels. They
are actuated by the tow bar being latched in the vertical position.

STANDARD COUPLINGS.
The Towbar - has a
towing-eye with 75mm diameter hole, the ring-section of the eye is
30mm diameter. A grip-handle is provided on top of the towbar.
The Rear Hitch - is a heavy duty ‘E’ type with a captive
spring-loaded 33mm diameter pin that can be retained in the open
position.
STANDARD FINISH .
Hot Dipped Galvanized to ISO1461.
High-Visibility markings on surround-frame corners and both sides
of towbar.
