LOAD BED. Three rows of heavy duty 75mm. diam. Rollers separated by two
grip faced steel walkways. Continuous guides on each side and across
the front allow for loads to be rolled on and off the rear of the
bed. Manual lift up stops are located to suit the various Containers
& Pallets catered for.
RUNNING GEAR. Two twin wheeled rocking axle swivel casters are fitted to the
front of the unit. Wheels are 13.5 x 5-10.5. Wheels on rear are 15 x
5-11.25 on fixed caster mountings with rocking axles. Polyurethane tyres are fitted to all wheels which are mounted on
eight stud taper roller bearing hubs.
STEERING. Controlled by the front swivel casters.
BRAKES. Parking brakes are the expanding shoe, drum type, operating on
all four rear wheels They are actuated by a handbrake lever mounted
on the towbar.

STANDARD COUPLINGS. The Towbar – is a heavy
duty ‘A’ frame. The forged steel towing eye has an I.D. of 76mm
and a ring section of 45mm diam. The tow bar incorporates a device
to avoid it contacting the ground and also to hold it at the correct
coupling height. The Rear Hitch - is a heavy duty ‘E’ type with a captive
spring-loaded 33mm diameter pin that can be retained in the open
position.
STANDARD FINISH . Hot Dipped Galvanized to ISO1461. High-Visibility markings on surround-frame corners and both sides
of towbar.
